Healthy Summer Snacks kids can make themselves
People feel hungry often during Summer and they can prepare their own snacks without the help of anyone. These Super easy, healthy and tasty summer snacks would re-energize and boost children's stamina and they can enjoy a crunchy, Soft, tasty and delicious snack whenever they desire to have it.
Banana Boats :
The equipment required to make it is really simple. We just require-baking sheet, Spoons and a zip lock bag.
The ingredients required ore really enjoyed by kids.
4 bananas, 1-2 Spoons mini chordate chips and marchiano Cherrie and I Spoon jaggery powder. The cherries are completely optional. How to Make
10 Pre-heat the oven (under Surveillance of an adult).
(i) Peel the bananas and place them onto a baking sheet.
(ii) Add our Ingredients: Jaggery powder, mini chocolate chips and cherries
(iii) Bake for 10-15 minutes
This is how simple it is! This Soothing desert made from a fruit can be topped with nutella, Caramel and also fresh fruits like strawberries and blueberries.
iv) Orange Smoothie:
The ingredients will definitely be available at your home, so we shall fastly grap them and start preparing it & large orange, you have to peel them in a tidy manner. 1/2 cup of milk I water which might be more suitable for you. and 5-6 ice cubes which are completely optional but due to the tendious heat try to add them.
How to make:
Just add all the ingredients into a blender and blend them together till you achieve a smooth consistency. Then, It's ready to serve! Super easy and super tasty Smoothie.
Donut -Apples
Donut Apples are a copped and cored apple Snack with a variety of huts and cereals which is a healthy option for kids as well as adults.
Ingredients:
Apples, Peanut Butter / Nutella / fruit jaw whichever is available Sliced-Almonds, Cashews, Honey and Sprinkles (Optional).
Step-by-Step Instructions:
i) Remove the core of apples (in adult observation).
ii) Slice the apples into donuts.
iii) Select your spread and top it with various huts.
